Recipe:1 package açaí, 1/2 c frozen mixed berries, 1 tbsp flaxseed, 1/2 c nut milk topped with homemade granola and crunchy peanut butter.

Berry Blast Smoothie

Recipe: 1/3 C oat bran or oats, water, cinnamon, 1 ripe pear, powdered peanut butter, milk, maple syrup. How its done: Cook oats, cinnamon and water on the stove top until thick and creamy about 2-5 minutes. Pour into bowl add toppings-- sautéed pears in cinnamon and a little coconut oil, oat milk, maple syrup and powdered peanut butter.

Fall Pear Oats

Recipe:1/2 c Krusteaz chocolate pancake mix 1 scoop of Trader Joes pea protein. Topped with 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana and Walden Farms International pancake syrup.

Chocolate Chip Vegan Waffles

Recipe: 1/3 C oat bran or oats, water, cinnamon, 2 whole strawberries, cookie butter, maple syrup, chocolate, protein powder. How its done: Cook oats, cinnamon, protein powder and water on the stove top until thick and creamy about 2-5 minutes. Pour into bowl add toppings-- cookie butter, maple syrup, chocolate, strawberries.

Chocolate Strawberry Oats

Recipe:1 packet acai, handful frozen mixed berries, 1 scoop graham cracker protein (optional), 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 c oat milk. Blend and top with your favorite toppings!

Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl

Recipe: dark chocolate, peanut butter or coconut butter. How it’s done: melt the dark chocolate add about a spoon full into a muffin tray freeze for 5-10 min take out top with peanut butter or coconut butter freeze again and then top with the rest of the dark chocolate freeze again and BAM you got these delicious cups.
